STEPS TO USE REVIEW SCANNER
Use GBPGM App or Web version of GBPGM Tool then click on Get Started and login with Gmail ID Auth where you have Google Business Profile.
When you login to the app you have to open Tools option then Review Scanner.
This is a premium feature and you have to enable it then it will take backup of all reviews, when any review grows missing it will show missing reviews and also inform which reviews got missing.
On click of missing reviews you get the list of reviews with appeal button.
