Cancellation & Refund Policy
We can cancel your order if a request is made within 30 days of subscribing to our plans. The request has to be made at email@example.com with your email ID and Phone number used during registration.
30 days Refund policy is based on the condition that you are facing any bug or error which is not resolved within 7 working days of your reporting. Reporting has to be made on the Chat facility provided by communicating your registered Gmail id with complete details of issue along with screenshot, You can also email the same at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “Issue in Google Business profile Growth Manager Tool“ A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to email@example.com or on Chat within 30 days of subscribing. No Refund will be provided after 30 days from subscribing. Refunds shall be made to the bank account within 10 working days of confirmation email sent for refund.
NOTE: there is no refund for the Profile creation charges i.e. API charges mentioned before the charges are taken as these charges are for the Google Places API usage which cannot be refunded once used.
